PLATINO SERIES – LP-1 PHONO MODULE
The LP-1 Phono Module is an option for the LS-1 Line Stage. This phono unit is pure tube design which exhibits extreme purity and tremendous transient speed and very low noise. It is connected to the LS-1 Line Stage via a custom umbilical cable and the unit derives all it’s power from the LS-1... a pure battery source.
The unit is single ended with high quality RCA jacks and supports Moving Coil cartridges of varying outputs. Gain is provided by a step up transformer and 4 tubes in a two gain stage configuration. Loading is provided for both L and R channels by a single 4 pin XLR input on the rear panel. Plugs of various loading values are available.
